We understand that sometimes plans change, so we allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

1. Before Shipment

   • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

   • A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders cancelled in this period.

2. After Shipment

   • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may request a return/refund as per our Refund Policy.
